THE STORY

Finding our natural rhythm

I’ll be honest with you from the start: I’m not a doctor, and I’m not selling a miracle.

For years, sleep was the thing I could never quite get right. Shift work scrambled my body clock for a long stretch, and by the time that eased off I had young kids and a whole new reason to be wide awake at odd hours. Somewhere in all of it, I just got used to being “on”, a bit frazzled, never quite able to switch off even when I finally got the chance to rest. I wasn’t looking for a fix so much as an explanation, and that’s what led me to the Schumann Resonance, and the idea that its natural fluctuations might tie into sleep, mood, and how settled we feel, especially for people who seem to notice these shifts more than others.

What I found was a real, measurable thing, the Earth’s steady electromagnetic rhythm, around 7.83 times a second, buried under a lot of hype, bracelets, and big promises it can’t keep. The science is genuinely interesting. Most of what’s said about it isn’t.

So I started Schumann Pulse to do one simple thing: follow the real research, translate it into plain English, and pair it with a few calm, practical ways to wind down, nothing inflated to sell you something, nothing dressed up as medicine.

These days, the thing that actually settles me is simple, animals, and being outdoors. I need both, more than I ever expected to. This site is me trying to bottle a little of that and pass it on, built solo, one honest thing at a time.

No miracles here — just the honest science, and a few calm things that genuinely help.
